Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Services

Travel Zee World is a travel facilitator and service coordinator providing travel planning, booking, and related services, including but not limited to:

• Domestic and international tour packages
• Hotel accommodations
• Flight reservations
• Transportation services
• Visa guidance and travel assistance
• Customized itineraries
• Travel insurance
• Sightseeing tours and other travel-related services

Travel Zee World acts solely as an intermediary between customers and independent third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, visa agencies, and tour operators.

While we strive to provide a seamless travel experience, the actual delivery and quality of services remain the responsibility of the respective suppliers.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after:

• Receipt of the required deposit or full payment; and
• Issuance of a written confirmation by Travel Zee World.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request at our sole discretion, and to cancel bookings due to pricing inaccuracies, technical errors, supplier unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, any amount received from the customer will be refunded without any further liability on the part of Travel Zee World.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices quoted are based on current supplier rates, currency exchange rates, government taxes, and applicable service charges.

Prices may change before booking confirmation due to currency fluctuations, supplier price revisions, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or regulatory changes.

Payment Terms:

• Payments must be made according to the schedule provided at the time of booking.
• Failure to make payment within the stipulated period may result in automatic cancellation.
• Travel Zee World reserves the right to charge applicable late fees or interest on overdue payments where permitted by law.

4. Cancellation Policy (By Customer)

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or other official communication channels.

The following cancellation charges may apply:

• 30 days or more before departure: 20–30% of the total booking cost
• 15–29 days before departure: Up to 50%
• 7–14 days before departure: Up to 75%
• Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: 100% of the booking amount

Promotional fares, airline tickets, visas, insurance, and certain hotel bookings may be non-refundable.

Supplier-specific cancellation policies shall prevail wherever applicable.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after Travel Zee World receives the refund from the respective supplier.

Please note that service charges, administrative charges, payment gateway fees, bank charges, and currency conversion losses are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Refund timelines may vary depending on supplier processing times and banking procedures. Travel Zee World shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, financial institutions, or payment gateways.

6. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

Travel Zee World reserves the right to modify travel itineraries, change hotels or transportation, substitute services with comparable alternatives, or cancel bookings where necessary.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, airline operational changes, supplier insolvency, or insufficient participation in group tours.

Where possible, we may offer comparable alternative arrangements, travel credits, or partial or full refunds, subject to supplier policies.

7. Travel Documents and Compliance

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport, required visas, necessary permits, health certificates, vaccination documents, and any other documentation required by destination authorities.

Travel Zee World may provide assistance with visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval or entry into any country.

We shall not be liable for visa refusals, immigration denial, missed flights, or additional expenses arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchases comprehensive travel insurance before the commencement of the trip.

Travel insurance should ideally cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, trip interruption, personal accidents, loss or delay of baggage, and personal liability.

Travel Zee World shall not be responsible for losses that could have been covered under a travel insurance policy.

9. Third-Party Suppliers

All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, and activity providers.

Travel Zee World neither owns nor controls these suppliers and cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, service deficiencies, or supplier insolvency.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide complete and accurate information, verify all booking details upon receipt, inform Travel Zee World immediately of any errors, comply with all local laws and regulations, and maintain appropriate conduct throughout the trip.

The Company shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

11. Health & Fitness

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake their journey.

Any medical conditions, disabilities, dietary requirements, or special assistance requirements should be disclosed before booking.

Travel Zee World reserves the right to refuse bookings where travel may pose a significant safety risk.

12. Special Requests

Special requests including room preferences, meal preferences, early check-in, late check-out, and adjacent rooms will be communicated to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.

13. No Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the designated time, use booked services, or join the tour shall constitute a "No Show." No refund, credit, or compensation shall be payable.

14. Customer Conduct

Travel Zee World reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking or trip if a traveler engages in unlawful conduct, behaves abusively, endangers others, violates local laws, or damages property.

Any resulting costs shall be borne solely by the traveler.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Travel Zee World shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss or damage to luggage, missed flights, missed connections, travel delays, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid directly to Travel Zee World for the relevant booking.

16. Force Majeure

Travel Zee World shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, travel bans, airline strikes, or labour disputes.

No compensation or damages shall be payable in such circumstances.

17. Payment Gateways

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Travel Zee World shall not be responsible for payment gateway failures, banking delays, technical errors, or unauthorized banking interruptions.

Customers are advised to retain payment receipts for future reference.

18. GST and Taxes

All prices are subject to applicable GST and other taxes as prescribed under Indian law unless otherwise stated.

Any increase in statutory taxes after booking shall be payable by the customer.

19. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Travel Zee World website, including logos, text, graphics, images, itineraries, brochures, and website design is the exclusive property of Travel Zee World and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

20. Photography and Testimonials

Where permitted by applicable law or with your consent where required, Travel Zee World may use photographs, reviews, testimonials, or other content voluntarily shared by customers for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish your content to be used, please notify us in writing.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Darbhanga, Bihar, India.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Travel Zee World and the customer concerning the services provided and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to such services.

24. Updates to These Terms

Travel Zee World reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updates shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

25. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any service provided by Travel Zee World, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, agree to be legally bound by them, and accept all policies relating to bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and travel services offered by Travel Zee World.
